With over 20 years of experience in new construction development, human resources, sales leadership, and finance management, he has a strong track record of success. He has spent more than a decade leading seasoned professionals and collaborating with government officials on community development projects. Passionate about mentorship, he supports emerging entrepreneurs and promotes apprenticeship programs for workforce development. Marchellas holds a B.S. in Animal Science with a minor in Chemistry from Tennessee State University.

A graduate of Tennessee State University and Trevecca Nazarene University, where he earned a Doctor of Education in Leadership and Professional Practice, he brings deep expertise in policy design, fiscal oversight, and cross-sector collaboration. Joshua is also recognized for his ability to translate complex policy into practical operations and is dedicated to building systems that foster equity, accountability, and community impact.
